Consolation etiquette. I'm yet to learn it. How to console someone who has lost one of her precious family members? I can't imagine losing any of mine. Can't. No. Inconsolable. So, how can I comfort others? What's the point of uttering meaningless words? But one has to also. Today one of my colleagues' brother's heart stops beating all on a sudden. I'm so sorry to hear about her loss. I can't face her, so calls her up. God ! I'm so clumsy with words !
